Rush mode only

Hi, I have had this problem in ea25 all year long and now it’s doing it on the new ea sports 26 game I bought. Everytime I go to play rush on old gen before the match loads, my screen will go all black then kick me from the game and now on this new game I get a disconnection penalty every single time. Can you guys help me fix this problem I really enjoy rush. Do I have some courrupted file or data isn’t syncing properly or what could it be?
