Safety has 2 zone assignments and totally freezes

I’ve had this happen a few times lately to one specific player in my online dynasty. In a few formations Zaquon Patterson (a FS) shows up as bright red on the playcall screen. I can’t sub him out from that screen (his name shows up there as undefined undefined), and he usually breaks the huddle showing up as playing a deep half on one side of the field and in man on a WR on the opposite side simultaneously. When I switch onto him, I can’t move him anywhere and I can’t switch back off of him.  He just totally locks into place and I’m at the mercy of if my opponent notices. 

if I pause and sub him off the field, I don’t believe it happens to another player.
