Team builder rivalries not showing on in-game schedule

issue: I'll create and name rivalries for my TB teams, and apply them to the appropriate universities.  After setting all these up for my 16 TB teams, maybe 2/5 or 3/5 (for each team) of the rivalries i've set up will show the 'RIVALRY' logo on the schedule in the dynasty i'm running.  

frequency: every time i've created a dynasty, various rivalries are omitted, can't pinpoint the why

expectations:  The backstory of each rivalry to show up at on-set of game, as per the info i uploaded with each team
