Team ratings has a bug

The team ratings aren't calculating right.  My team ratings high in  the training results screen.  I did test with xp sliders at 300 with transfer portal turned off and the coach, recruiting, and player progression set to auto.  When I'm on training screen team ratings in high 80s and when I advance through off season to preseason my team ratings go way down.  This happens every season and my team never gets better. Please explain EA.  Ratings logic is broken.  Please fix.
