The game is messed up

I’m trying figure out why everybody I’m on UT with my squad someone get kick out can y’all please fix that we paid to much money to be having issues with that it’s no way we should be getting kick y’all had months to create this game. Second I had a season 1 token that is lock and I can’t use it I’m trying figure out why is it lock can y’all please fix y’all game
