Too many rating caps applied on position change

If you switch positions with a player then they instantly get a massive amount of rating caps on them, even if your changing a Ledge to Redge or an OL to another OL position. You also keep the rating caps if you switch back to your original position. This does not seem to happen to much on the default players that are in the game.
