Trophy Room not displaying earned trophies

Hello EA Support,

I am having an issue with the Trophy Room in EA Sports College Football 26.

I have earned trophies through gameplay, but they do not appear in the Trophy Room. I have already restarted the game and console, checked my internet connection, verified updates, and accessed the Trophy Room from different menus, but the issue persists.

This appears to be a visual or synchronization bug. Could you please confirm if this is a known issue and whether my trophies are still saved correctly?
