Trophy Room Not Working

So I noticed my post from yesterday was moved into this Trophy Room Bug Report page. I didn't really go into detail with what's going on in my end with the bug. I get the notice in the bottom right corner of the Dynasty page that a new trophy is unlocked. I also get the red dot by stats & records tab at the top of the page and by the trophy room page entry. When I open the trophy room the trophy is not there. This happened for the conference championship and the bowl game trophy. The interesting part is that the awards won during the season went into the trophy room. When I had issues in July I did not get any notification in the corner of the screen that the trophy was unlocked. It was not until yesterday that I had problems again. Hope my feedback can help.
