Ultimate team previous purchase error

Tried to buy a pack and received and error that kicked me out of ultimate team. After loading back in , it won’t let me purchase anything, providing the message: “Error

Unable to complete transaction due to previous purchase still pending. Please retry.”

I have tried restarting the game and the ps5 with no luck. Any solutions?
