I’ve come across an issue where after Year 1 you cannot persuade any players to stay. Every underclassmen leaves and ever transfer leaves. It doesn’t even allow the option to try and convince them. Apparently you get 10 chances for your whole career. Attached 2 seasons for proof

Re-install didn't work for me. At least not on my current dynasty. Might have to start a new one?
I think I fixed the issue with a re-install, but either way there are significant issues that show certain modes weren’t even looked at
I uninstalled and re-installed the game and that seemed to fix the issue. I was also playing as an OC so idk if that has anything to do with it, but when I played as a HC the persuasions re-accrued each year. Either way this game is really buggy considering how hyped it was by a lot of content creators

Same. Used all 10 the first year and have had 0 each year after.
