Under a minute field goal

I’m playing road to glory and twice in the same season I lost due to the game not attempt a kick. Both times roughly around 30 seconds left and instead of trying to win the game with the field goal or let me keep trying to score a TD the game just removes me and then the game is over. It’s by far the biggest frustration I’ve had because there’s no way to try again due to computer error.
