User vs User Dynasty

Cannot play multiplayer whether it be in dynasty mode or play now or play a friend. I have deleted the game and redownloaded. Bought a new router. Direct wired the internet to my console. Had a friend sign in to my profile on his Xbox over the phone who's having no problems playing online, and it still wouldn't work when his account works fine. I'm out of troubleshooting options. It will get the the 'lobby' screen. Let me see my opponent. Pick my jerseys, playbooks and etc. and as soon as we hit ready, it goes to the loading screen for almost a whole minute and just kicks back to the menu. My nat type is open. Multiplayer connection says it's all good. HELP.
