Various fixes needed for Teambuilder schools based in Alaska

1.) It’s way, way, way too hot. Probably by about, on average, 30 degrees. As someone who spent childhood in Alaska, I never saw 99-degree weather in late September or 80-degree weather in November.

2.) Proximity to home is bugged. States in the Pacific Northwest have F ratings. States in the northeast have A ratings.

3.) Hometowns have been off since the PS2 days. The list should also include Soldotna, Homer, Houston, North Pole, Eagle River, Nikiski and Valdez. (The omission of Soldotna, which has won 14 state championships and the past two at the D-II level, needs to get addressed.)
