Why am I banned for playing an event

I was playing an event and left to get my coins and then soon after that my account want banned. I want to know why I am banned this isn’t cheating.

I got banned today also. Same thing, servers went down and when they came back I was banned for “cheating”. Just curious if yours said the same thing?
