Why would ea lower wear and tear for online play

Wear and tear is non existent fatigue and injury was epic at first for more realistic game time decisions now it barely effects players please put back in

updates

Desync causing loss
I was 4-1 in squads gauntlet and up 10-6 in a game when a desync occurred. We then got the loss and it ended our gauntlet run. Any way to fix or report this?
