Wins/losses not progressing in H2H events and chime draft event

I can’t progress past one win or loss in the national honors h2h, the different honors school solo seasons and the chime draft event. I’ll get credit for first game and after the st it just overwrite...

This is now happening for the newer “Out of Office” event as well. Can someone please help me so I am get my rewards and credit for my wins?
