Zones stuck on line of scrimmage in dynasty/online dynasty

After a certain amount of time playing in my online dynasty, the zone assignments were stuck being set to the line of scrimmage instead of the original spots on the field. Had to play man the rest of the game and man is tough while playing at a low ranked school.
