Half pads or no pads practice

When practicing, either in Dynasty or RTG if it's half pads( for low/no injury) can we actually see the players in t-shirts and shorts with helmets on, and just wrapping up but not tackling or taking down our teammates. I believe that would add to the immersion of the game. 

Also seeing our RTG character in the menu screen out of full equipment. We get that it's a football game but seeing our player out of gear or different gear adds to the immersion that I believe most ppl look for.
