Injury timeout but

Please tell me EA fixed the injury timeout bug.   When a player gets hurt, it is an automatic timeout.  This is allowing teams to get multiple "free" timeouts at the end of games.  When a player gets...

Does nobody else see this as a huge issue?  This is probably the most significant bug in the game.
