Re: Will the beta download at a certain time or did my code glitch?

Received code via email for CFB 26 closed beta. Redeemed it via Xbox store but no download occurred. Tried logging into EA forum website where feedback is to be provided to see if I can get some help. Upon logging into EA website, was presented with message “don't have access to this or it doesn’t exist”. Anyone else having issues like this?
