Teambuilder in Offline Dynasty?

i think i did hear someone say that you could use teambuilder teams in offline dynasty.

Someone said Bordeaux mentioned it but I haven’t found that clip

In the deep dive the wording was very ambiguous so I don’t think so

I first thought team builder teams were only useable in online dynasty because we create them online but then I thought, but we download them and to me that means it's "installed" plus we can use them in play now. Not sure why the restriction to online dynasties.

He said in a tweet,

“I think you still need to use an online dynasty to actually use the teambuilder teams, so that's unfortunate”

I guess I won’t be buying cfb again. Super disappointed by this.
