Real answer, it doesn't. It being the only reason for your existence on the EA forums is funny though. Keep white knighting, maybe someday you'll get a pat on the head.

Answer this. How does a women being one of coach options impact your gameplay?
It does take resources and development time from things that are a more reasonable reflection of the college football.
However, if they ever do add full coaching staffs then this should be a thing as women have become of a part of the team in a variety of different roles.
Seems like you don't understand that this isn't an issue in the first place.
