there is not a single female coach at the FBS or FCS level actively coaching. there have been 2 females ever at either level (both in the FCS) this is the lowest on the totem pole of concerns for literally anyone. It's rather ironic that you want female coaches in a game about a men's sport. Why not champion for true "equality" and champion for a Women's CFB video game, or better yet create one yourself since you are so passionate about it ?
