Forum Discussion
Being able to make a woman in the coach creator is not unrealistic. If you're not open to discuss the topic, then the forum isn't for you.
Every single human being who has ever played Division I College Football on a football scholarship has been male.
Every single human being who has ever been the Head Coach or O/D Coordinator for a Division I college football team has been male.
The only likenesses represented in College Football 26 are select D1 football scholarship athletes and select contracted coaches/coordinators.
It stands to reason that if 100% of the established potential pool is male, there is no imperative to introduce any other biological sex.
You might have an argument if a female was currently—or ever—a part of either group.
But this has never happened. Hit pause on your vendetta and potentially get back to us later!

If you'd have read through the post, there's no issue raised with the likeness of real people included...
You specified players on a football scholarship because you are aware of women that have played. With this, why aren't there any women kickers generated for new recruits?
It's important to address here that this is a video game where in you can make the coach that you want. More than 99% of players will not be real coaches. If you're arguing for realism, why should there be an option to make a customised coach at all?
There are more women getting into the industry and the backlash on this post outlines why it is taking as long as it is.

In the tens of thousands of humans who have played D1 football over the past 20 years, three have been women. All were kickers. All were soccer players who filled in for an injury on the football team. None were on scholarship. None were recruited.
So why doesn't the game let you recruit women placekickers? Because it's never happened. To recruit in this game means to offer a scholarship. A woman has never received a scholarship offer from a D1 football team.
This IS a video game. And you're blaming them for being too accurate. And no, you can't "make the coach that you want". If I wanted a blind, double amputee, quadriplegic coach... I seriously doubt you would argue that EA should make that possible.
As to whether that hypothetical coach (who at least could have conceivably played varsity football—beyond placekicker) would be more likely to become a HC than a woman, I'll leave that up to the readers.

Ridiculous Activist trying to ruin everything to appease <1% of the population (who will not be happy regardless). All I ask for is sports simulation from a game that is supposed to be sports simulation.
