Your comments about DEI, Cracker Barrel and the jealousy of women speak more of your own personal experiences. It's a shame that you're so scared that women can do 'your' job, but the fact of the matter still stands that women can coach football and should be represented in the game.
Continue to vent your frustrations with women, but someone, please bring a real argument to this discussion.
KaziAlii,
You have gotten honest and real arguments against your 'discussion'. You're simply choosing to ignore the truth, which is very typical of someone arguing for dei. That's sad. Relax and realize the consumer base doesn't want this added to the game. It doesn't add anymore realism to the game, it shouldn't be priority over the other issues that hundreds or thousands of people have raised, and the risk that it may hurt the the game should be considered by you as well. For you it may be important to have female coaches in video game that is supposed to be based on realism than to have a game that is well received by the gaming community and has solid player count. But you should at least respect that it's not important to the overwhelming majority of others for some of the reasons already mentioned and for other reasons not mentioned as well. Don't turn your request into a tantrum.
Respect the other players as well. There are many requests that EA has yet to address concerning dynasty mode and teambuilder. Be patient and you will get an answer but not on these forums. Actual EA employees don't communicate thru the forums, you need to go to Twitter and Facebook hit up the dev accounts.
But please respect us all and realize you're part of a very small collection of the base that wants this. Allow the game to get what's actually needed to make it a better and more enjoyable experience before trying to push this down our throats because most of us don't want it. We want this game to mimic what we actually see on college football fields when we watch on TV and go to these games. And right now, we don't see female offensive coordinators, we don't see female defensive coordinators, and we don't see female head coaches at any of the 136 FBS football programs.
PS you should take note how many people have made complaints about the over representation of 'white' running backs and 'black' kickers/punters in every recruiting class. No one is jealous of females or hates females we want to see the sport accurately mimicked thru the game.

The majority of the arguments against are "women aren't in such positions, so its unrealistic". This is a video game where you can create your own coach. There are limited options to do so, as others have said. Having a diverse range of options aren't always there for the majority, but it's there to have the options available for all. Having the option doesn't mean you have to pick it. It does not change the game at all for the people who don't want a woman coach.
Many people have a problem with most of the game not being realistic. That's another one of your points about the game having major gameplay issues. As I've said before, this is indeed a massive issue, but one not related to this point. EA should develop actual improvements to their games and have them playable before release, no one is arguing against that. Also, EA say that they review the forums and they ask players to raise issues here. What isn't respectful to players is going out of your way to insult others and argue against updates to the game.
More diversity in coach options have been asked for by many people before the launch of CFB25. They modelled 250 new heads for the coaches. That was work that they did, why not model a few less and have a small percentage to represent a wider pool of people.
On this note and to your PS, I'm very aware of the posts and general consensus about the ethnicity of generated players being the "wrong" percentage. This is something that could change in real life at any time anyway. Should we hard lock people choosing the "wrong" ethnicity if enough players have already chose that? For auto generated coaches, should CFB make sure that 84% of coaches are white (what it currently is in D1)?
I respect the time you've taken to articulate your point here, we're all here to ask for updates to the game, so why not work together to increase it's player base and its features. With this and more investment, as consumers we can push for a better product.
