Dynasty Mode Issue Saving Progress

Question

Haven’t had college 26 for a week and already twice my dynasty mode is lost. After completing several games in dynasty mode it just randomly decides to lose all my progress one day when I start the game. Waste of money buying this game if this is an issue. Get several games in and all the recruiting just to have it lost. &nbsp;

I'm done with the game. I just lost I was like 10 seasons in &amp; i somehow just lost 4 years progress. Took me all the way back to the beginning of my 2nd job. This make twice it happened.
