Dynasty need fixing

Hello just wanted to reach out as a fellow fan, I’ve been playing dynasty mode for about 2-3 months now and I’ve sent multiple emails on the severity of cpu error in the game. Is there any settings to tweak or maybe something on your end that can resolve this issue. I also have many recorded Xbox captures on very bad gameplay error (players stop moving, opponent cpu players lag across the screen, etc) if there is any way of fixing this please let me know because I would like to keep playing this game and show my support but it’s beginning to become unbearable.
