Turn off conference title games

Why can't we turn off conference title games if there's less than 12 teams???  This is ridiculous.  Literally ruining the game for me.  I just want 10 team conferences with 9 game round robin schedules that determine a championship, like the good ole days.  Please fix or else I'll probably never play this game.

    It's a shame, because I would like to play a dynasty that resembles the old school leagues of the 80s and 90s more
