Chief Osceola and Renegade Planting Spear ritual and Coach Likeness

Have not seen Chief Osceola and Renegade Planting Spear ritual. Played three games and have not seen one planting of the spear. Also, what's with the lack of presentation having the team entry minimized to a smaller picture inside the playbook selection menu? Don't get me started with the image likeness of supposed real coaches. I didn't have to create a Mike Norvell this year but he looks nothing like Mike Norvell.
