is there a way to fix it ? i’m having the same issue

I've reported the bug to EA. But who knows if anything will happen.

Same thing is happening to me. Everyone's hair is weird looking and like 2D. Pretty much all the player models look really bad.

Same here everyone looks like they have pixelated hair it looks terrible 

Yo guys. This happened in 25 too but I always thought it would be fixed in 26, just hopped on and I guess its not. Basically, the hair graphics in my game (When player creating in RTG) look like some old gen textures and it kind of bugs me. If I watch someone make their character in their version of the game its 100x better. Just wondering if there's any fix to this. Thanks

same ive tried everything and nothing works

Just making sure I cover the grounds when reporting this. The face renders for coaches in dynasty are very far from the picture, and in some cases even have neon-colored polygons because of the renders glitching. Customization in road to glory is also very blocky and looks old gen. 

Yo guys, I shared about this in the RTG forum, but I realized it's bigger than that so I'm coming here. For some reason all of my customization options look like they are last gen quality renders, like the hair is super blocky and even the prebuilt faces (like for custom dynasty coaches) are super glitched. Anyone know why this is?

Yo guys, did more digging and found more. When I try to make a guy in dynasty the face looks absolutely horrible and glitched, also NOTHING like what the picture shows. Can't tell if this is a glitch for me or an unfinished game maybe it'll be patched? I'm worried it's just me because all of the videos I've seen from content creators seem to not have this issue.
