Importing a high school team

Hello, I created a high school team using the EA College Football 26 Team Builder site under the EA ID: ecelayas. The team is fully published (not in draft mode) and named Oxford. However, it never appears in the game when I try to import it in Road to Glory, even after searching by name or EA ID. I have tried:

• Publishing and re-publishing the team
• Giving it a unique name
• Searching from different EA accounts
• Restarting the game and console

Nothing has worked. I believe the team may not be syncing properly due to a server issue.

Can anyone tell me what I should do?
