My RTG KEEP CRUSHING

Same thing is happening to me idk what to do I called PlayStation it works for a little then I get this message 

Its not a playstation or xbox issue its an EA issue

Don’t try to restart your system or delete nothing,  nothing works, it’s a EA problem, and idk when their going to fix it, the only way to play is create a new player, but I ain’t doing that, put to much time.  Welp time to wait 1-2 months for a update
