RTG Issue

So I play RTG as a Quarterback this just started happening. On certain plays, I can not hot route the TE, but in the previous season in my career I was able to hot route the TE. 

Like why is this glitch happening? 

I'm sorry y'all have to put better product out there in the beginning. Its too many bugs in this game.
