Do any of the NCAA/Madden bundles still come with RTG skill points after purchase? The same way they were built in with pre-order?

Wasn’t given redshirt
I only played in 4 games as a freshman but the next year I checked the depth chart and it listed me as a sophomore and not a redshirt. Anyone know if this is a common glitch?
