Simulated Offense on RTG Defense

How is it possible that thousands of players complain that the Simulated Offense is broken when playing RTG defense. I currently playing MLB for Alabama with 94 OFF and they are averaging 7 points a game. This is a complaint numerous people have made, does EA just disregard a complaint that is this continuous? 

It makes RTG defense literally unenjoyable. For the love of God fix this. I can’t imagine on the networking side it’s that difficult of a fix. I guess we will see if EA even reads these. Obviously doubtful given I’ve seen this complaint countless times.
