Honest Road To CFP feedback.

I'll start by saying EA has done  a great job bringing college football back to game. Thank you for the hours of work and dedication. With that said here is some honest feedback from a longtime football gamer...

  1. The defense in Road to CFP does not exist. I have literally seen highly rated linebacker stare directly at the qb and allow a slant to go right passed them without even moving. The defense needs to go back to what it was in 25.
  2. Not having the ability to select my uniform is undoubtedly the biggest let down in 26. Can we at least select a home and away uniform before starting a season and that be loaded based on being home and away?
  3. Stadium Pulse well .... sucks. You can't do anything with it. That mixed with poor defense almost hands the home team a win. Top that off with being able to see home vs away, you'll see everyone running to LSU for their road games in no time.
  4. Lastly, interception have been needed into the ground. Im almost 75 games in and I have less then 5 ints but probably twice as many drops or "out of reach" messages. Please fix because if teams can't play defense everyone will be using LSU very soon.

    Hard stop on skill based defense take. With over 4000 games play in Road to CFP in 25 I understand and get how defense can and should be played in this game. Yes skill is a factor, but most teams cant play a lick of D in this game. That's why margin of victory is so low in the game compared to the 17.5 margin that was in last years college football season. 

    After about 200+ grinding game in 26, I have seen and found a bug in the defense that make all defenses(regardless of rating) play dumb as hell. Which is probably why most team cant stop a nose bleed in 26.

    Regarding Stadium Pulse....if 1 QB that has ever played the game can tell me that crowd noise keep them for looking at the defense and being able to select and throw a pass I'd live with the current state of Stadium Pulse. That ? icon is the dumbest thing ever placed  in a game outside of System Hack in Call of Duty years ago!! With the current SEC scheduled almost all of us are playing each seeing, unless you're really good(which I am average on a good day) you're bound to go 8-4 or 9-3 at best and not make the CFP.

    Some LSU user must have scarred you for life lmao.  Man I agree with the dropped interceptions and the uniform take , I hear you. I wanna be able to choose what I wear in my games, and catch interceptions that are thrown RIGHT in my chest. But the “no defense” take is kinda skill based. I’m not saying I have the best defense ever and the game is perfect, cause it’s not. It’s got its issues. But that’s something you can definitely get better at. And lastly what you said about stadium pulse, I completely disagree. The whole point of a CFB game is to play in and experience a CFB environment.  I’m gonna go off on a limb and say you enjoy watching CFB . You play the game, so you watch it, right? So tell me, how does a CFB fan NOT love the idea of going on the road in a hostile environment with 60k+ fans yelling as loud as they can with only one mission in mind….to WIN, and a chance to compete for a National Championship. Real CFB fans enjoy stadium pulse because it’s a huge part of the sport
