PA Slide (Gun Doubles Y Off Wk)

Can someone help me understand play action blocking. Why does it lead sacks and constantly be under pressure? I know for some you can change pass protection but plays like PA Slide where you can't, the DE usually just goes after the QB, and sometime the LT just looks clueless. 

This same play is in Flex Y Off Wk but the DE most of the time goes after the HB

Can someone explain?

    You'll need to slide you protection. If you call that play and you're the visiting team well, good luck because Stadium Pulse will probably kill any chance of making adjustments.

    Yeah most play action passes feel completely broken and you can’t slide protect at all 🤦‍♂️
