List of teams I wont play in this mode....not because I cant compete, these teams have plays/players the in the current build are basically unstoppable. LSU - all players do is spam that power sweep...

It seems like I play against South Carolina almost every other game. I think you mean "Sellers" instead of "Sanders". I've had a few plays where he has run backwards like 20 yards and from one sideline to the other and broken out of 3 tackles.
