This is happening to me as well. 10 men in the formation and it crashes at the snap. I think this is related to glitch with formation subs and the depth chart cancelling each other out.

This had been happening to me for about a month. Sometimes there would even be 9 players on the field repeatedly on certain plays. 

I reset my formation subs and that seems to have fixed the issue. Kind of annoying that I can't use formation subs, but at least I can play games in dynasty now.
