All Solo Modes Crashing : PS5

Literally can not complete a solo game. The game crashed before half time each time. Worst part is that is logs it as an L when their servers aren’t handling the launch. I completely lost my NOTG mode progress (18-0) and now can’t complete the final tier rewards without replaying the 18 games I’ve already completed. Hoping for a makeright of some sort. I understand issues at launch, but the consumer shouldn’t be penalized for the company server issues.
