Any weather?
I understand that weather was jacked up at release, but I've played probably 3 dozen games without any weather. Pure sunlight. Playing with Fsu, I would expect at least a 30% chance of rain but every game is clear. I've even restarted games multiple times(restarted and fsu/Miami game 10 times) to get a dice roll to no avail. Sloppy games in Florida are sorely missing after I keep playing in ideal conditions. Anyone else have this issue? Possible bug? Should I restart a dynasty?
