Can’t play friends in dynasty or play now

I am unable to play online against my friends in either play now or dynasty. Everything else works but when I try to play against my friends on our shared dynasty or just play now, it shows the loading screen for about 90 seconds and then sends us back to the lobby. I paid a lot for this game and the fact I cannot play with my friends is extremely frustrating. When trying to play online in ultimate team or road to glory, the game works perfectly and it loads in. But when I try to play against my friends in either play now or dynasty, the loading screen shows up for ~90 seconds and I can’t load in. Please help me resolve this issue. I have tried everything. The loading screen  shows up for 90 seconds and then kicks both of us back to the lobby. Offline and by myself dynasty’s work. 

Please help me I am so frustrated bc I am unable to play dynasty with my friends which is something I should be allowed to do. I have tried everything possible and nothing will work.
