Can’t spend energy on recovery RTG

For about a week now I have not been able to spend any energy on Recovery/healing my player on the weekly agenda. I had no issues and now halfway through my senior year I suddenly can’t spend points on it. Doesn’t matter if I sim to the next week or not. With all of the bugs in the game, can you please just patch a button input issue on an offline mode?? Anyone else dealing with this?
