Can't import Active Roster or TeamBuilder to Dynasty

This happened to me last year and it never was fixed. It's happening again in '26. I can't import active rosters to an online dynasty, or inport a TeamBuilder team to it. It just gives me an error th...

We appreciate you sharing info on this. We're looking into these reports. 

If you don't mind, could you share a bit more details so we can pass them along? 

  • Which platform do you play on? 
  • What is your Xbox Gamertag or PSN ID? 
  • What specifically are you unable to import? Is it only active rosters and Dynasty? Have you had issues importing anything else from Team Builder?

I'm playing on PS5 psn id: MJ_DEUCE_4452, and my Team Builder school was submitted yesterday, but I'm not able to download or preview it to my console.  I am able to preview and download other schools but not the one I created. Keeps giving me "Error Downloading File Try Again Later" message.
