Can't import Active Roster or TeamBuilder to Dynasty

This happened to me last year and it never was fixed. It's happening again in '26. I can't import active rosters to an online dynasty, or inport a TeamBuilder team to it. It just gives me an error th...

We appreciate you sharing info on this. We're looking into these reports. 

If you don't mind, could you share a bit more details so we can pass them along? 

  • Which platform do you play on? 
  • What is your Xbox Gamertag or PSN ID? 
  • What specifically are you unable to import? Is it only active rosters and Dynasty? Have you had issues importing anything else from Team Builder?

If I start online dynasty, I can't use Active Rosters. Simply won't load. If I use them offline it loads immediately.

I can't use a TeamBuilder team in online dynasty. Won't load the rosters and then says can't connect to EA Servers, but I'm still connected.

I can't use a TeamBuilder in Road to Glory for high school. Just won't load.
