EA this is absolutely tragic! I played CFB 25 and my game would crash half way through a game. Had my hopes up with CFB 26 and I have the same problem; my console crashes. We all pay $70+ and this is a constant issue. Very frustrating!! I love this game but it keeps crashing my Xbox. No other game does this, why…just why?!? It is embarrassing as a franchise that this is an issue. Please fix this or tell us how to prevent it. (Xbox S Series user)
This is unacceptable EA, such a broken product & they dont seem to care. This should not be happening on a 1 year old PS5, id ask for my $$$ back but we know they won't give a refund.
Im playing offline, cant imagine how frustrating this would be if it were an online dynasty.

Issue: NCAA Football 26 crashes every single time I try to play
I’m absolutely fed up. I’ve been trying to play Game 1 of Year 2 in my Dynasty — and the game *crashes without fail* every single time, specifically at the cut scene between the 3rd and 4th quarter when the Michigan crowd starts singing Mr. Brightside. I’ve tried 12(!) TIMES now. Each time, the game crashes straight to the Xbox home screen, and I have to completely restart it.
Here’s the kicker: I had ZERO ISSUES in Season 1. Played every single game, won the Natty, no crashes, smooth gameplay. Now, after one or two updates, suddenly the game is completely broken. And I mean literally unplayable.
I’ve done every troubleshooting step imaginable:
--- Hard reset
--- Cleared cache
--- Uninstalled and reinstalled
--- Checked other games (no issues at all)
--- Followed every EA and Xbox support recommendation
**NOTHING FIXES IT.**
This is unacceptable. I paid $150 for this bundle and your game doesn’t even work! This isn’t about game mechanics or preferences — the product is BROKEN. I’ve poured HOURS into this Dynasty. I renamed and customized 25 recruits, redesigned gear, built up my roster — all of it, now completely unusable.
Something needs to be done immediately.
