Whenever I try and play college football 26 on the Xbox one game pass, it says that the game pass has expired and pretty much takes me to a place where it shows I need to pay for the game despite having game pass already
I've found EA purposely makes it near impossible to get support on issues but I've been having similar problem as you. I took time to try to report it but the furthest I got was being directed to self-support even after uploading error pictures. Usually I get stuck at the homescreen itself but theres workarounds that aren't worth the time.
