community managers should consider reporting the connection issues to the devs.

everything is working on my end and countless others that would allow us to connect .. please help the ps5 users enjoy the game that they paid for.

I have yet to meet someone in my personal life who has connected to NCAA 26 on a PS5 and the community managers constantly blame user network as the problem instead of trying to find a solution. seems they are just automating messages at this point . any REAL advice for actually connecting to the online?
