Connection failed
I keep getting the connection failed message, my internet is up and running and signal is good. What can I do to be able to play online?

Anyone having issues connecting online to play dynasty? I can play any game online but college football
For the last month EA hasn’t been letting me play any sort of online features. I get this error upon signing in.
“THE CONNECTION FAILED!
In order to access the online features for this title your account on
PlayStation ™Network must be signed in and you must be signed in to the EA servers. See ea.com/unable-to-connect for additional information.”
Ive reached out to EA multiple times and they don’t have a fix for the issue and suggested I post here for assistance. I changed DNS settings and have done every single troubleshooting I was given. Anyone have a fix for this? Getting really desperate as I only play online so I may as well have just given away $100 for a game I can’t play or get refunded.

Reboot your console and router, and then retry playing. If required, see the link below for connection troubleshooting. Thanks.
That did not help. None of these troubleshooting steps do either. Regardless when I try to sign in I get “the connection failed” I’ve done everything from changing dns settings to upgrading WiFi packages because this is my sole nightly entertainment. In increasingly frustrating how nobody knows a solution or even cares to solve the problem (and I also can’t get a refund either so I guess I’m just out $100 too)
Same thing here. And nobody at ea or my WiFi will do anything to help
Any other tips? None of these worked.
EA_Barry any thoughts? This has been going on for over a month
Set your DNS to Automatic rather than manual - LINK
If the issue persists after that, please post your EA app Error Report ID at the following thread: LINK
Thanks.
