Controller Issues

Can EA pls fix the controller is on Colleger football 2026? My controller works on all other games but I have to constantly uninstall and reinstall this game. This is ridiculous!!

Trophies not showing up in trophy case
I’ve played it numerous times now and I can not unlock the iron skillet between smu/tcu has anyone else had issues with having a trophy not unlock after winning it?

Has there been an error when attempting to purchase packs today? Especially considering it’s a time EA is racking up the dough. Rush event, trash packs, etc.
